SiNiSistar is a 2D side-scrolling action game, and one of the few works on DLsite whose English build came from DLsite rather than the circle.
What the store's data shows
Released 31 August 2019 and last updated 7 October 2025 — six years of updates after release. The download is 688 MB, with a separate 106 MB trial build.
It also carries DLsite's *recommended translation* mark, which sits alongside the official one. Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Japanese builds ship in the same package, so one purchase covers four languages.
Tags on the store page
Pixel art, nun, vore, humiliation, large breasts, ryona. DLsite also flags the work as containing grotesque content.
Before you buy
Windows only. The trial build is the cheapest way to find out whether the controls suit you, and it is a separate download from the store page.
Paying is the other thing to sort out first — Visa and Mastercard are declined on DLsite.

How rare that is
Of the 5,538 works that ship Japanese and English in one purchase, 50 carry DLsite's own translation; the rest came from the circle that made the work. (Measured 26 September 2026.)
