These six sold in the tens of thousands as Japanese doujinshi, and the English edition came later as its own product. That split is useful: because English readers buy the English one, the Japanese figure is close to a domestic number — and it is the only place on this site where that can be said.

Why the English numbers look small
A hundred Japanese buyers to one or two English ones is the normal ratio, not a bad one. Across 301 pairs measured on DLsite, the median English edition reaches 1.45% of its Japanese counterpart, and the best manage around 7%. Nothing on this page is failing; the English market for doujinshi is simply this size.

What the two numbers mean
DLsite publishes one worldwide download figure per product and no breakdown by country. For most works that makes "how well did this do abroad" unanswerable. Here it is answerable, because the Japanese and English editions are separate products with separate counters, so the split already exists.
Two cautions. The English edition goes on sale later than the Japanese one, so it has had less time to sell — the ratio understates. And a Japanese reader can still buy the English edition, so neither figure is purely national. (Measured 27 September 2026 across 301 Japanese–English pairs.)
